Cancellation by the customer:
Full refund - Cancel your lesson 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellation by the business:
Full refund - If we need to cancel your lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling - We can also offer the option to reschedule your lesson at a convenient time.
No-shows or late arrivals:
No refund - If you fail to show up for your scheduled lesson or arrive significantly late without notice, a refund will not be provided.
